Miles DavisとGil Evansの共演ライブは、これ位しかないと思います。オケが序奏した後に、クインテットがおもむろに入って来る冒頭の「1 So What」のスリルにいかれたのは、もう20年以上も前のことですが、今聴いてもゾクゾクしますネ。さらに「2 Spring Is here」なんてのも良いし、まぁ、あまりオケのことは気にせずに、クインテットの演奏に注目すべき盤でしょうか。
